But! There are many recipes out there and opportunities to get creative and revise your own recipes for AIP versions that are easier for the body. I know I've had fun with the challenge! The diet still allows:
- coconut
- herbs
- fruits
- vegetables (not nightshades)
- meat
- natural sweeteners (like honey and maple syrup)
